Service characteristics

Fleet management by Express includes complex care, which allows full fleet mobility:

  • payment of all expenses related to servicing and on-going repairs,
  • purchasing, changing and storage of tyres during the term of the agreement (without tyre limit),
  • insurance included in monthly payment,
  • dealing with accidental damages,
  • 24h assistance,
  • car usage reports,
  • provision of courtesy car in the case of mechanical damage or any other road accidents.

Car fleet analysis

Depending on the needs and requirements of our customers, we prepare car fleet analysis from all possible angles.
Examples of the types of analysis offered include:

  • car fleet audit,
  • fuel management,
  • consulting,
  • budgeting,
  • needs analysis and vehicle selection,
  • database running and maintenance (fleet history).

Individual service

Express specialists continue to monitor the changes of legal regulations and interpretations, concerning first of all tax matters. It is a changing sector, complicated and ambiguously regulated in the Polish legal system. As a part of the fleet management service, the Customer can always approach the designated person for an explanation of issues which are new or not easily understandable.
All activities related to fleet management lead to the Customer receiving ready transport solutions, tailored to the nature of their business.

Reporting

An inseparable element of technical-logistic fleet management offered by Express, is a very wide range of analytical support services. These allow the Customer to identify areas - and levels - of potential savings.

Customers receive detailed reports, providing reliable information about the actual state of the car fleet, which helps plan realistic costs of car maintenance. Reports are prepared for our Customers in accordance with their individual needs and requirements.
The way we work with you is that we prepared detailed periodical reports showing actual costs divided into:

  • centres,
  • rental accounts,
  • regions,
  • staff groups and individual drivers.

User messages

In order to quickly check all aspects of fleet vehicle usage, we offer our customers the most modern tool – the web messenger. Every user who wants to check information about servicing and forthcoming tyre replacement can, at any time, log into the User web messenger on our website www.express.pl.

Through this tool, the user has a full control over the use of his car.

Panel

Every authorised customer has access to the fleet management panel. Through this tool you have access to reports (e.g. fuel use or servicing costs). The panel allows customer to receive immediately information about the fleet and its usage.
