Long term rental is a form of payable usage of any make and type of car, over a long period of time, usually between 3 to 5 years.
Long term rental is an alternative to vehicle purchase or leasing. This solution, very popular in Western Europe, has been gaining in popularity in Poland for some years.
The long term rental service is particularly recommended to those companies for which a car is an essential tool and requires regular replacement. The long term rental service does not require the commitment of your own financial resources, which positively impacts the company cashflow.

Express offers regular monthly payment for the use of the car, which is dependent on the term of the agreement. The details of the long term agreement are tailored to the nature of the company as well as its needs.

From a legal and financial perspective, long term rental is treated as operational leasing with additional services. The subject of the leasing agreement (the car) is seen as part of the Renter's property (Express), and allows them to calculate depreciation. While the rental charge is an expense for the Rentee (the Customer), the conditions are specified by the CIT Tax Act.
