The main benefit of long term rental is a fixed and predictable cost of car usage, in the form of monthly rental charge, which does not change over the course of the agreement. The company does not have to commit its own financial resources to purchase cars, while at the same time has the opportunity to flexibly build up its fleet of cars and top it up in cases of emergency.

  • Easy planning and budgeting – fixed monthly rental and management charges allow you to avoid unexpected costs that exceed the budget,
  • reduction of costs related to the fleet and its maintenance at a constant level thanks to cost monitoring and the quality of service,
  • no exposure to risks related to the final value of vehicles – Express remains the owner of the fleet and is therefore responsible for their sale at the end of the agreement,

Servicing

We guarantee high quality vehicle servicing performed in a timely manner. We offer full technical servicing of the rental car. Repairs and periodic checks are carried out in Authorised Service Stations all over the country. We work with a network of about 750 service centres throughout Poland.

Insurance

We offer a full third party and comprehensive insurance package. We also offer assistance after the accident.

Tyre storage and replacement

For your comfort and safety, we offer a seasonal tyre change and tyre storage in a previously agreed location.

Assistance

We are at your disposal during breakdowns, accidents, thefts or common driving problems, such as running out of fuel, flat battery, tyre puncture, loss of keys or broken glass/windscreen.

Courtesy car

In case of breakdown or damage, Express offers a courtesy car to ensure the Customer keeps its fleet on the road and fully mobile.

24 Hour Technical Centre

All year round, 24 hours a day, the team of the Technical Call Centre is at your disposal. They will assist you without delay in cases of accidents, breakdowns or any other road incident all over Poland. The Call Centre will also take care of booking regular services, tyre changes and the analysis of condition of your vehicles.

Fuel Card

We provide fuel cards and send detailed reports which allow fuel cost reduction as well as give information about the level of fuel consumption across your fleet. A collective invoice and control over transactions in real time are only some of the benefits of fuel card usage. We work with largest fuel providers in Poland including: BP Routex, Orlen.

Management Reports

Express offers on-going analytic support during the term of the agreement. Customers receive detailed reports, providing reliable information about the actual fleet situation, thus making it easy to schedule car usage costs. The reports are prepared for our Customers in accordance with their individual needs and requirements.
