Express has been present on the Polish market since 1989, and since 1996 has been a professional car rental.

We are the only company in Poland that provides services to all segments of the car rental market: Long Term Rental, Medium Term Rental, Rent-a-Car and fleet management.

Customers have access to a network of 14 branches located in Polish largest cities: Bydgoszcz, Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Lublin, Łódź, Poznań, Szczecin, Warszawa and Wrocław. Express Rent a Car also offers car rental services at all major airports and railway stations.

Along with rapid development of the rental market in Poland, the number of vehicles owned by Express Rent a Car has increased from 35 vehicles in 2001 to a fleet of over 4000 own vehicles in 2011.

According to Book of Lists 2010 - a ranking issued by Warsaw Business Journal magazine Express Rent a Car is Poland’s leader in the rental market. Furthermore, according to the report by Keralla Research Institute, Express Rent a Car occupies fourth place in the full service leasing category for companies servicing fleets of fewer than 5 thousand cars.

Combining short-term rental and long-term rental together with fleet management has allowed us to develop a special program, Express Fleet Partner - the most flexible car hire solution on the Polish market.

Express Fleet Partner means clients can hire any vehicle for any period of time, as specified by the customer.

Express Fleet Partner is a solution particularly beneficial for these companies for whom availability of vehicles within a very short period of time is a priority. Before vehicles with the requested specifications are delivered, you may use the Short Term Rental vehicles. Our Short Term Rental service also provides vehicles to long-term rental customers in cases of vehicle breakdown or theft. The Express Fleet Partner scheme is aimed mostly at seasonal businesses, those involved in medium-term projects or those which do not want to use their own funds to pay for new vehicles or for those which want to increase effectiveness of their fleet management.

Express Rent a Car ever since the beginning of its business activity has been a part of the PGD Capital Group – Poland's largest car dealer network. The PGD Group owns several multibrand car showrooms with its share in the car sales market in Poland of 3,3% at the end of 2010 having sold 12334 new vehicles.
